The Certificate II Makeup Services provides successful graduates with the knowledge and skills to become self-employed as a specialist in bridal and formal makeup, or to work as a cosmetic assistant in a department store or pharmacy.
Students are introduced to pre-clinical skills and retail selling, learning how to effectively communicate with clients in a salon environment, as well as developing an understanding of beauty techniques and salon procedures.
Students successfully completing the Certificate II Retail Make-up & Skin Care can choose to continue to study by enrolling into the Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
