The College of Natural Beauty ensures excellence in teaching standards through its selection of highly qualified and skilled teaching staff. All lecturers have extensive clinical experience that provides practical and theoretical knowledge.

Carmel Morley

Carmel has worked professionally in the Beauty Industry for more than 16 years representing industry leading distributors, manufacturers and the retail market. She has an extensive background in sales and marketing, a recognised track record as a successful entrepreneur and a wealth of real life experience.

Carmel has a significant understanding of the education sector, holding various lecturing positions and for the past two and a half years the National Head of Faculty position at the College of Natural Beauty. During her time as National Head of Faculty, Carmel has implemented several strategic programs whilst maintaining the highest quality educational standards and has qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Massage, Aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy, Teaching and Business Management.

Donna Moore

With more than 18 years experience teaching in the field of beauty therapy, Donna is one of CNB’s most highly awarded and experienced lecturers. Donna has a thirst for continuous professional development and her prolific qualifications are testament to her endeavour to be the best in her field. Donna’s high level experience in beauty therapy education and in professional practice make her one of CNB’s most celebrated lecturers.

Kristine Fleming

A decorated Make-up Artist and Beauty Therapist, Kristine has a wealth of experience in all aspects of beauty training. With more than 24 years lecturing experience in the industry, Kristine is one of Brisbane’s pre-eminent trainers in beauty therapy and is a key stakeholder in advancing training guidelines in Australia.

Lorraine Guerrini

Whilst building and maintaining a successful practice over many years, Lorraine has continued to train and master new skills and techniques to keep up with industry trends. Lorraine’s practical experience in the salon combined with her up to the moment training makes her an asset on the teaching staff at CNB.

Michelle Jensen

After many years experience in some of Brisbane’s best salons, Michelle has returned to teach at CNB after graduating with her Diploma in 2002. Michelle is passionate about the beauty industry and strives to inspire her students to become the best they can be.
