Heddy Butler - National Manager

Heddy has worked as a make-up artist for theatre and opera in England, and trained under the tutelage of Barbara Daly. Heddy’s career progressed when she commenced employment with the esteemed Chichester College as an awarded lecturer and manager.
Whilst in the UK, Heddy operated her own salon, Body Works, where she specialised in skin health and holistic therapies.
In 2004, Heddy received the title of Advanced Practitioner by Chichester College and was identified as an exceptional mentor in supporting therapists in the development of their professional practice. Consulting with examination boards Heddy worked on quality assurance systems, and external moderation for City and Guilds, UK.
Heddy competed in the prestigious Skill Challenge in 2006 and was awarded a Gold standing for both the Beauty Therapy and Advanced Beauty Therapy categories.
Relocating to Australia, Heddy joined the College of Natural Beauty in 2008 as a lecturer whilst operating her own salon, Treatment Space. She then took on the role of National Manager and has propelled the College into a highly regarded learning sphere. Heddy is motivated to create sustainable and holistic practices in the beauty industry and train the next generation of therapists with this approach.
With over 27 years in the beauty industry in senior practice and education roles, Heddy is driven by her passion and commitment to the industry and contributing to its development and recognition as natural, holistic and complimentary.
Donna Moore - Trainer in Diploma of Beauty Therapy

With over thirty years of experience in the beauty industry some of Donna’s experience has included running her own business in Brisbane and working as a therapists at the Whitsunday, Dunk and Brampton Islands performing an extensive range of spa and beauty therapies. Donna has worked alongside GPs, assisting with collagen injections.
Donna has worked extensively in the community, developing and facilitating self-care programs for at risk groups. She has also owned a mobile beauty service specializing in glycolic and smooth wax. Donna has been a trainer for twenty years and has been with the College for ten of these years.
Donnas patience and humorous personality nurtures students to reach their personal best, she reveals the highlight of teaching students is that you are part of their journey towards fulfilling their dreams. Donna also recognises that while she is sharing knowledge with her students she is constantly learning from them.

During her beauty therapy career Michelle discovered that she has a strong interest in skin health and a passion for helping her clients achieve healthy skin. She was inspired to become involved in teaching due to the enthusiasm of her lecturers and her strong desire to share her passion for the industry with her students and colleagues.

Julie completed her study of a Diploma of Beauty Therapy with CNB. As a part-time student Julie has been involved with the development and changes within CNB since 2007. Julie was inspired to teach from the experiences she had with her lecturers at CNB. Having received industry experience in Brisbane's exclusive day spas, Julie is now involved with our diploma program; Julie enjoys watching the students grow and become confident within themselves as a result of the knowledge they receive.
Lauren Biagini - Trainer in Cert II Make-up and Diploma of Beauty Therapy

After graduating with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Lauren completed contracts with international spa company travelling the world on luxurious cruise liners working in six star spas.
After seeing the world Lauren returned to Queensland working as a Therapist, Manager and Training Manager. After joining the CNB team in 2009 Lauren shares her world-found knowledge with the students.
Lauren understands the ever-evolving beauty industry and is dedicated to continually raise the standards of students entering the industry by providing them with a complete knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Lynda Hoey - Trainer in Diploma of Beauty Therapy
Diploma of Beauty Therapy | Cert IV Training & AssessmentWith over ten years as a practising beauty and spa therapist, Lynda Hoey is passionate about providing students with a highly practical education and sharing the latest trends in the beauty field.
She has worked as a therapist, training and store manager in some of Brisbane's best known salons and has also specialised in permanent hair reduction and skin rejuvenation.
Lynda joined the College in 2011 and teaches in the areas of facials and advanced facials. She is a respected and approachable member of the teaching staff, known for treating students at all levels of confidence and ability with genuine care and support.

Since graduating with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy from the College of Natural Beauty, Iman has been lucky enough to enjoy an exciting career in many facets of the industry, her particular career focus has been on make-up artistry.
Having worked in many different aspects of the Beauty industry, she found her passion is in training others. It is very rewarding to work with young, up and coming therapist to achieve their education and career goals.

After completing her Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Anja was selected to work in five star spas on-board international ocean liners. After travelling the world as a beauty therapist for three years Anja returned to Brisbane and continued working in the Beauty Industry.
